Send a photograph showing the view you'd like, and any other shots that convey the desired details to be emphasized. A preliminary sketch will be sent for your review and comments, and the finished art will be sent matted at the requested size, (maximum 11" x 17").
A digital image will also be sent so you can have fun inserting them in your favorite photo creation programs. Or I'll
create one at an additional nominal fee.

The following price guidelines apply only to drawings
created from photographs of existing homes, that show
the desired view. Drawings that are created from construction documents require more time and
will add to the cost.
